I'm pretty sure it's the pill and the hormones.
Be prepared for girl talk, if youre squeamish, skip the next paragraph:
The pill has made my periods A LOT lighter, I had minimal cramping, and it didn't last longer than 4 days. Amazing! I didn't take a single advil for my cramps. And being regular is quite nice too -- this means it won't randomly show up midweek while at the beach. Hurray!
In other news: I want a blog I can update all the time. I'm going to spruce up this place, jot down ideas during class and other such times that I'm bored and don't feel much like focusing. This is mostly going to be during Humanities class. Ugh. My teacher drives me nuts. She is so oblivious.
Tomorrow I present my first graded speech. I'm pretty nervous. Getting in front of the class and talking for 5 minutes. Eeek!
I'm going to change my major to Communications. This will help keep the majority of my classes at the campus that is 10 minutes from my house and help me graduate in a more timely manner. Plus, there are more opportunities with a communications major anyway. Besides, I want to get into media/radio/reporting. Communications was my minor, but now I'll do journalism as my minor instead. Switch it up a bit. Change is good :).
Hopefully by Spring 2010 I'll be at the university. Aaah. I love planning things. Too bad nothing ever goes accordingly!
Well, I shouldn't say "nothing"... I'm trying to learn to take things a day at a time. Planning just gets me anxious. I'm a bit uptight.
Actually ... for a young girl with crazy hair, piercings, tattoos, and a liberal outlook on society, I'm pretty uptight and conservative when it comes to myself.
How silly!
It's time to practice my speech and get ready for the season finale of Project Runway.
Go Christian!!!!
